Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all customization details, shipping information, and contact information provided are accurate.

Customization

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted names, photos, logos, and design requests are correct before approving the final design.

Design Approval

Where applicable, a design preview will be shared via WhatsApp before production. Once approved, the design cannot be changed or cancelled.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice. Orders are processed after confirmation according to the selected payment method.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier services, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Replacements

Customized products are non-refundable. However, if we make a printing mistake, send the wrong product, or deliver a defective item, we'll provide a free replacement or reprint in accordance with our Refund, Replacement & Print Accuracy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Customers must have the right to use any photos, logos, artwork, or designs they submit. HomeWalle is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations in customer-provided content.

Product Care

Customers should follow the provided care instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of their customized product.
