At HomeWalle, every customized product is made just for you. Therefore, personalized orders are non-refundable.

Print Accuracy Guarantee

If we make a mistake, we'll fix it.

We'll provide a free replacement or reprint if:

• We print the wrong name, photo, or design.
• Your order has a printing defect.
• You receive the wrong product.

Design Approval

Where applicable, we'll send your design preview on WhatsApp before printing. Production starts only after your approval.

Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We cannot accept claims if:

• The approved design was printed exactly as confirmed.
• Incorrect customization details were provided by the customer.
• The product is damaged due to improper use or care.

Product Care

To keep your print looking its best:

• Avoid hot water.
• Avoid harsh scrubbers.
• Do not intentionally scratch the print.
• Wait 24 hours before first use after customization.
