SHIPPING POLICY

At Home Walle, we offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan. We currently ship within Pakistan only.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard orders (non-customized):
Estimated delivery is 3 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Customized orders (name-engraved bottles, mugs, or any personalized item):
Due to the additional preparation time required, estimated delivery is 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is completely free on all orders. No hidden charges.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your order through the courier's website.

FAILED DELIVERIES

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may attempt redelivery. Home Walle is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided at the time of order.
